We ship worldwide through the Meest delivery service. Delivery takes approximately 2 weeks, depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient. Our embroidery has been delivered to Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Turkey.

2. A 50% prepayment is required to begin production.
3. Production takes up to 30 days, as each item is handmade to order.
4. The remaining 50% is paid upon receipt of the finished item.
